Pinjore Heritage Festival

Pinjore Heritage Festival is held every year at Pinjore Gardens in December. The festival is organised to promote the rich cultural and historical tradition of the region. This is an annual event to project the ancient Pinjore town with its magnificent gardens and overall tourism potentiality. These Gardens at Pinjore are one of the oldest Mughal gardens and popular tourist spot. The festival is organised with the support of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
The festival is beautifully themed with the flavur of the past centuries. The place is decorated as it was in the olden days with street bazaars and tented pavilions. The place gets decked up with platforms, decorated gates and wonderful illuminations. Facilities like food plaza, shops and parking areas add to the charm of the Festival. The celebrations also include cultural functions like live performances by eminent singers, Indian classical dances by famous danseuse and recital by eminent poets.
